Cubes of succulent breast chicken marinated in a blend of spices and Greek style yoghurt. Grilled in charcoal tandoor.
Tilapia Machli (Medium, served with complimentary steamed rice) (F)
Fresh fish off the bone lightly spiced in ajwain (carom seeds), coated with corn flour and grilled. Served on a bed of stir-fried onions and capsicum.
Twice Cooked Quail (D)
Whole bird marinated in fresh ginger, garlic and garam masala for 24 hours. Steamed and gently grilled in tandoor to enhance the delicacy. Served with house salad and dipping sauce.

Lamb chops best end. Three pieces of spring lamb chops marinated in raw papaya, green chillies, ginger, garlic, vinegar, peppercorn spice and Greek style yoghurt.
